The questions people ask before they send a brief, answered in a paragraph each. If yours is not here, ask it through Start a project.

What does Velrun make?

AI commercials and AI films for brands: paid-social and TV spots, environment films that show a product doing its real job where no crew can go, and narrative short films. Every frame is researched, written and boarded before it is generated.

Do you film anything?

No. Not a single frame is shot on location. Scenes are written, storyboarded, then generated shot by shot, with characters, products and brand language pinned so every shot matches.

Will it look like AI?

Generic AI video comes from generic direction. Velrun frames are boarded first and approved by you, and characters and products are pinned for consistency across shots, so shot one and shot forty match.

How long does a commercial take?

Most projects are delivered in ten days: brief on day one, research on day two, boards approved on day three, production through day nine, delivery on day ten. Films take longer, and the quote says so.

How much does an AI commercial cost?

Every project is quoted on its own. Format, length, the number of cutdowns and the number of languages set the price. Send the brief through Start a project and a scoped quote comes back, no call needed.

What do I need to send you?

The product or the story, a link if you have one, where the film will run, when you need it and a budget band. One call or one document is enough for the brief.

Who owns the film?

You do. Once the final payment clears, the delivered films are yours to run anywhere: paid social, TV, trade shows, your own site.

How many revisions are included?

Changes to the boards are open until you approve them. On the finished film, two rounds are included; anything beyond that is quoted before we start.

Do you write the script?

Yes. You bring the product and the goal; research, script, boards and prompts are ours. If you already have a script, we work from it.

Can you deliver in several languages?

Yes. Multi-brand and multilingual campaigns are routine, including enterprise work delivered in several languages for a German client.

What formats do you deliver?

The master film plus the cutdowns your channels need, in the ratio you ask for: 16:9 for TV and web, 9:16 for Reels, TikTok and Stories, 1:1 for feeds.

Can you show a product inside a nuclear plant, subsea or in orbit?

Yes. That is the point of an environment film. No crew can film there, so the scene is boarded and generated. The Safety & Response film for Boston Dynamics was made this way.

Who have you worked with?

Boston Dynamics (a commissioned Safety & Response film), Fresh Forest (two commercials, 3.7M views on Facebook paid), Herboxa and Woofy Lab (DTC campaigns), Arbitrage Investment AG (enterprise, multilingual) and more than a hundred smaller projects.

Where are you based?

Bucharest, Romania. We work internationally; most clients are in the UK, the US, Switzerland, Germany and Spain.

Do you work with agencies?

Yes. Agencies bring the brief and the client relationship; we deliver the film and cutdowns under their name or ours, as agreed.

Can you match my brand’s look?

Yes. Colour, typography, product renders and tone are pinned before generation starts. Send your brand guide with the brief.

Can you use my real product?

Yes. Product photos or renders are used to pin the product so it stays consistent in every shot.

Can you use real people?

Only with consent. Likenesses of real people are used when the person has agreed in writing; otherwise characters are created for the film.

Do I have to disclose that the ad is AI-made?

Platform and country rules differ and change often. We follow the platform’s disclosure rules and recommend labelling when in doubt; ask us about the market you run in.

What is an environment film?

A film that shows your product doing its real job in the place it works: a nuclear plant, a flood, the seabed, a factory floor, orbit. No crew, no permits, no risk to people.

Do you make short films?

Yes. Narrative shorts with the same craft as the commercials, written and boarded in-house, then generated shot by shot, for online release or festivals.

Can you re-cut a film for a new market?

Yes. A second market usually means the same film with a new language and, where needed, new products or signage. It is far cheaper than a second shoot.
