How we handle the details you send through this site. Short, because we collect little.
Who is responsible

What we collect when you send a brief, and why
Your name, email, company and role, the budget band, the timing, where the film will run and the text you write. We use it to answer the brief and prepare a quote, which the GDPR treats as steps taken before a contract (article 6(1)(b)), and to keep a record of the exchange, our legitimate interest in running the studio (article 6(1)(f)). We do not use it for marketing unless you ask us to, and we never sell it.
What the site stores when you visit
A few small items in your browser’s session storage make the Back link and the scroll-to-return gesture work. They hold page paths and scroll positions, not personal data, and disappear when the tab closes. Your cookie choice is kept in local storage for twelve months. We run no analytics or advertising trackers unless you accept them in the cookie panel.
Who else sees it
The site and its form run on Framer, which stores form submissions on our behalf as a processor under its Data Processing Addendum, using sub-processors in the EU and the United States under the EU standard contractual clauses. Nobody else receives your details. Framer also counts page visits for us without cookies or persistent identifiers.
How long we keep it
Briefs and the exchange around them: twenty-four months after our last contact, then deleted. If a project follows, contracts and invoices are kept for the period Romanian accounting law requires.
Your rights
Access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability and objection, as the GDPR provides. Write to vicasiucristian@gmail.com and say it is a data request; we answer within a month. You can also complain to the Romanian supervisory authority, ANSPDCP, at dataprotection.ro, B-dul G-ral Gheorghe Magheru 28-30, Sector 1, Bucharest.
